PHOTBOOTH RENTAL SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Photobooth Rental Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of the date of booking, by and between:

Timeless Frames LLC ("Provider"), a business registered in the State of Hawaii, and

Client Name ("Client"), residing at Client Address, collectively referred to as "Parties."

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

Provider agrees to provide photobooth rental services for the event specified as follows:

  • Event Date: [Insert Date]

  • Event Time: [Start Time] to [End Time]

  • Event Set-up Time: [Desired Time to Set-up]

  • Event Location: [Venue Address]

  • Photobooth Package Selected: [Package Details]

  • Additional Add-ons: [List of Extras, if applicable]

2. PAYMENT TERMS

  • Total Rental Fee: $[Total Cost]

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $300 is due at booking to secure the date.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event.

  • Late Payment: Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of services.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Client-Initiated Cancellation: Cancellations made [Number] days or more before the event will forfeit the deposit but will not owe the remaining balance.

  • Provider-Initiated Cancellation: If Provider must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

  • Rescheduling: Client may reschedule based on availability, with at least 7 days’ notice.

4. SERVICE REQUIREMENTS

Client agrees to provide:

  • A space of at least 10 feet x 10 feet is required for setup.

  • A power outlet within 15 feet of the setup location.

  • Protection from weather if the event is outdoors (tent, shelter, or covered area required).

5. OPERATION & DAMAGES

  • Provider will deliver, set up, and operate the photobooth during the agreed time.

  • Any damage to the photobooth or accessories caused by Client or guests will be the responsibility of the Client.

  • The Provider reserves the right to stop the service if unsafe conditions arise.

6. LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

  • Provider shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or loss of personal property during the event.

  • Client agrees to indemnify and hold Provider harmless from any claims arising from the event.

7. PHOTO USAGE & PRIVACY

  • Photos taken during the event may be used for marketing and promotional purposes unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.

  • Digital copies of photos will be provided to the Client within 30 days after the event.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

Neither Party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, government restrictions, or power failures.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maui, Hawaii.

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes any prior understandings. Amendments must be made in writing and signed by both Parties.
